Daikon Salade


Daikon is a kind of large radish that commonly eaten in Japan.  You can eat them fresh or cooked.  This is a very simple salad of thin-sliced Daikon with dried bonito strips.

ほぼ料理とは言えない程簡単な大根のサラダ。大根をスライサーでおろして花鰹とのりを振りかけただけ。ドレッシングはさっぱり、シンプルにポン酢がいい。居酒屋風料理の間での箸休めによい。
