Misoburg


Japanese people love this dish called "Hambagu".  The word obviously comes from "Hamburg", but it doesn't exactly mean "Hamburger".  This is made from mix of hashed beef and pork with some sauteed onions and bread crumbs inside and cooked with the sauce "demi-glace".

I arrange this dish in more Japanese approach to use Miso paste rather than "demi-glace sauce".  Which is much easier and I may have found this much tastier!  The trick is, that I added some tomato paste with miso paste with some red sake.

「味噌バーグ」ハンバーグにデミグラソースなど要らないことが判明!味噌とトマトペースとを半々で割ったものを酒で溶いて、炒めたタマネギ入りの肉団子にからめた。つまみにもおかずにもいける絶品。
