Asparagus no Gomajyoyu








Asparagus in Hong Kong is very thin as you see on the photo.  "Gomajyoyu" is one of the most common way of preparing vegetable in Japanese cuisine.  Boiled asparagus is marinated with soya sauce, sugar, sake and ground sesame.

「アスパラガスの胡麻醤油」香港のアスパラガスは写真のようにとても細く、一年中出ている。にんにく炒めや茹でてオイスターソースがけにするのが香港の料理の定番だが、やっぱり和食は飽きない。
