Chicken with Zha cai salad








This Chicken salad is made after "Poularde Pochee" the other day.  Zha cai is very typical Chinese pickels which has unique texture and flavor. I like it very much with Chinese dishes.

I also added julienne of cucumber and sliced almonds.  Dressing is lemon juice, salt and sesame oil.

「茹で鶏とザーサイのサラダ」先日の「若鶏のポシェ」の翌日に茹で鶏の余りで作ったサラダ。ザーサイとキュウリの細切りをレモン、塩、ごま油で和えて、最後にアーモンドスライスをふりかけた。レモンはかなり多めに入れて酸っぱく作った。食べるラー油で和えても美味しく出来ると思う。
