Salade Niçoise 2

This is Salade Nicoise I made in spring when the beans were very tasty.  I also added some basil leaves.  This matches very well with Tuna as well.  You need to make vinaigrette sauce with French Dijon mustard this is a must for this salad.

「サラダ二ソワーズ」豆が美味しい春の頃に作ったニース風サラダ。バジルも入れたがマグロに良く合う。このサラダを作る時はヴィネグレットソースをディジョンマスタードで作ることが絶対条件。マスタードの風味とマグロの相性は最高にいい。
