Poulet roti

This was the best roasted chicken I made so far.  The reason is because I used french free range chicken.  It was completely different from normal broiler.  It was almost a shock to know the difference.  

「プレ・ロッティ」フランス産地鶏で作ったローストチキンがとてもよく出来た。ブロイラーと全く違う美味しさに驚いた。
