Dorade rotie

I believe the snapper should be cooked simple way because the fish is very refined.  This is cooked in the oven with thyme, salt and olive oil.

「鯛のオーブン焼き」これは日本から持って帰ってきて冷凍していた小振りの天然鯛。しばらく冷凍していても、とても美味しかった。鯛はとても繊細な魚なので、出来るだけシンプルに料理するべきだと思う。お腹にタイムを入れて、塩、胡椒、オリーブオイルをかけてオーブンで焼いた。
