Tarte aux tomates

Tomato with cheese is never disappointing.  I used frozen pate brisee.  Toppings are slices of tomatoes, onion, anchovy, herbes de provence and pizza cheese.

「トマトのタルト」冷凍のブリゼ生地を使った簡単なタルト。トッピングはトマトのスライス、玉ねぎ、アンチョビ、ハーブドプロヴァンス、ピザ用チーズ。薄く切ってアペリティフに。
