Chicken terrine Japanese salad

I made Salad of chicken terrine of the other day Japanese ingredients such as shimeji mushrooms and rakyo which is sweet and sour pickles of shallots.  I also made the Japanese style of vinaigrette sauce with rice vinegar and soya sauce.

「チキンテリーヌの和風サラダ」これは、先日作った和風テリーヌを使ったサラダ。しめじのガーリック炒めや、らっきょうをいれて全体が和風になるように仕上げた。ドレッシングも醤油ベースなものを合わせた。
