Meat loaf with ratatouille

This is a very international dish.  Meatloaf is the famous American home dish, ratatouille is the famous south of France dish and I also placed spagetti the famous Italian food on the side.  

Actually, to reveal the fact, this meat loaf is made exactly with same ingredients as the Japanese "Hambage" .

「ミートローフのラタトゥイユ添え」なんだか絶妙な感じにインターナショナルな家庭料理が出来た。ミートローフはアメリカの家庭料理、ラタトゥイユは南仏の家庭料理とイタリアのスパゲッティを添えて。

しかし、このミートローフとは中身は日本のハンバーグをパウンドケーキ型で焼いたもの。アメリカンなミートローフより日本のハンバーグの方が断然に美味しいからね。
