Chinese dinner

In hot and humid Hong Kong weather, I suddenly feel like eating spicy Chinese foods.  Above dish is fried chicken with mix of vinegar and soya sauce with plenty of spring onion and ginger.  Below is boiled string bean sauteed in black beans and garlic.

「中華の晩」蒸し暑くなると、普段はあまり食べないスパイシーな料理が食べたくなる。ユーリーチン、今回は簡単に鶏ももにしっかり下味、衣を付けてカリッと揚げた。タレは醤油、米酢、砂糖の合わせ酢。インゲンは一度茹でてニンニク、豆豉、豆板醤と炒めた。
