Easy Chinese Dishes

Japanese people regularly eat Chinese foods at home or at the restaurants in Japan.  They are delicious in their own way but tastes far different from the ones in China.  

China is a vast county so regional cuisine is very different from another so I cannot tell which region of China influenced Chinese cooking in Japan.  These are one of the typical Japanese Chinese dishes.

私も香港に住んで数年になり、地元の料理が随分わかるようになった。だけど時々日本の中華屋さんっぽい料理が美味しく感じる。日本人には親しみのある家庭の中華の味。なみにキャベツは香港には元々ない野菜なので、日本からの輸入ものを使っている。
