My parents have visited us in Hong Kong this week so I cooked couple of times at home.  Since they love wine I made some French dishes.  For the first night, it was late so I made some easy dishes.

「ファミリーディナー」今週は両親のためにフレンチ／スパニッシュでおもてなしをした。ワイン好きのうちの両親には、香港では日本よりフレンチの材料が揃うので、いつもフレンチを作る。日本ではあまり手に入らない食材を中心にした簡単料理。この日は夜遅くなったので、あまり凝った料理はしなかった。
