Meat ball sandwich

Meat ball sandwich is one of the most known American Italian food.  I'm not really sure something like this exist in Italy but not doubt this is simple and good.

「ミートボールサンドイッチ」これはよくよく知られたアメリカン・イタリアン。イタリア本国に同じものがあるかは疑問だが、アメリカではピザと同様くらいに何処にでもある食べ物。これはミートボールを作った翌日にトマトソースとウスターソースにからめたもの。
