Singapore curry

I've found the paste of so called "Singapore curry" in super market near by.  There are many Indonesian cooking pastes in here but not many Thai curry pastes.  Since I'm in Singapore, I tried this paste first.  It looks like Thai yellow curry.  It was mild because I didn't use the full package but so so.  Thai curry pastes has more flagrance than this but it was not bad.

「シンガポールカレー」近所のスーパーには、インドネシア料理のペーストは沢山あるが、タイ料理の材料がない。香港では割とどのローカルスーパーにもタイ料理の材料があったので驚きだ。インドネシア料理は何を始めにトライしてよいのか分からないので、とりあえず、シンガポールカレーの素を使ってみた。

タイのイエローカレーと似ているが香りが低い。食べやすいといえばそうだが、タイカレーの方が美味しいという感想だった。私があまり辛いものがダメなので、ペーストの半量しか使わなかったというのもある。
