Cocoa cake Sabayon

I wanted to make some dessert to have strawberries and I thought of this, cocoa cake with strawberry in Sabayon sauce.  Sabayon sauce with red berries are classical Italian dessert but why not to put some chocolate cake inside!

「ココアケーキとイチゴのサバイヨン」アメリカ産の酸っぱいイチゴが好きだ。それを楽しむために考えたデザート。イチゴなどのベリーのサバイヨンはイタリアのクラシックなデザートだが、それにココアケーキを合わせてみた。

ココアのほろ苦さとイチゴの相性はいい上にサバイヨンソースが全体をまろやかに包みこむ。ココアケーキをたっぷりのラム酒に浸すと食後の大人のデザートに。
