Maguro gohan



This is tuna flakes I made with leftover of a whole tuna fish of the other day.  Flakes simply pan fried with sake and salt.  It's important to make them dry so it lasts about a week in fridge.  I mix this with Japanese rice and sprinkles bit of soya sauce.  It was so simple and delicious.  I really love rice as this.

「まぐろご飯」旅行前の料理。まぐろを一匹料理した時に、残りをまぐろフレークにした。酒と塩をふってフライパンで炒ったもの。汁気がなくなるまで炒ったら冷蔵庫で1週間は持つ。これがご飯に混ぜて醤油を少し垂らしたら、極上の混ぜご飯になった。何杯もいける。
