Poulet roti et pates aux pesto

Roasted chicken is the easiest dish I make at home.  Whenever I don't have time or when I don't think of anything new, I make this, yet it's always good.  I also made pesto sauce with dried tomatoes this time.  This was not a good idea since I mixed it too finely, the color of green and red mixed and became brown.  Though the taste was good.

「ローストチキンとペストのパスタ」時間が無いとか新しい料理を考える余裕が無い時にはいつもロースト料理。ペストソース（ジェノベーゼ）を凝ってドライトマトを入れてみたのが、間違いで色が汚くなってしまった。次回は別々にフードプロセッサーを回そう。
