Ratatouille et escalope de veau panée

We love veal cutlet but I cannot find veal in Singapore regularly.  It seems that the butcher has it only when they have supply.  Ratatouille is a great summer vegetable dish.  I make a lot in one time.  It goes well with meat, pasta, couscous and many things.
