Salade de peche

Peach and nectarine are my favourite fruits so I keep buying them while the season lasts.  This is yellow doughnut peach.  I believe that doughnut peach tastes more strong than normal peaches.  This is a salad with slices of peach and toasted almonds.  Good quality balsamic vinegar is wonderful with it.

「ペッシュのサラダ」私はネクタリンや桃類が好物で初夏から夏の季節の間は随時買い続けている。残念ながらシンガポールではアメリカ産の輸入物がほとんどで、輸出用に摘まれた物なので青い。それをしばらく置いて熟らしていただく。

これは黄色のドーナツピーチ。潰れたような形をした種類だが、これは普通の種類より味が濃い。サラダにして、炒ったアーモンドを合わせた。質の良い濃厚なバルサミコ酢がとてもよく合う。
