I brought back those confitures from Europe trip, one is English orange marmalade and one is Belgium chocolate paste. Unfortunately marmalade is extremely sweet... unable to eat as itself...
「全粒粉のパンケーキとコンフィチュール」今年の旅行で買ったイギリスのオレンジマーマレードとベルギーのチョコレートペーストを楽しもうと糖分低めのパンケーキを作った。残念ながらフォートナム＆メイスンのコンフィチュールが激甘だった。パンなどに付けるのは無理な程甘なので、どう使おうか。。。イギリスの甘味は異常に甘い。
