Dinner in the South







I love the foods in the South of France.  Ingredients are so fresh and so much better than in Paris.  Especially fruits are exceptional.  I love the combination of Mellon and regional ham.  Both of them are extremely good quality.

「南仏の夕食」南仏田舎の食べ物の美味しさといったら格別だ。材料が新鮮で熟れている。メロンと厚切りの生ハムは夏の定番メニュー。
