Italian steak




I call it with my any creation of color combination of green, white and red as "Italian".  This was very good combination with simple eye round steak; courgettes, couscous and tomato sauce.  

For this time I cooked the eye round steak meat in very small heat in a pan.  It came out more tender than being cooked in medium heat.  However, if you don't have a proper pan, this is not possible.

「イタリアンステーキ」勝手に彩りが緑、白、赤だとイタリアンだなと思って名付けた。今回はアイラウンドを弱火でじっくり焼いてみた。硬くて淡白な肉だが、驚くほど美味しくできた。これはフライパンが肝心で、テフロンパンでは肉の表面の水分が飛ばないので、出来ないと思う。
