Dinner for Truffle Noire

My parents in law love Black truffles and they buy them in winter for the year.  It's not a good idea to cook truffles in a complicated way but to add simple food is the best because the purpose of truffles is to enjoy the fragrance.  They concluded that butter with truffles is the best after many years of experiment.

「黒トリュフ」義理の両親は黒トリュフを冬に買いだめしておき、ゲストが来る時に出してくれる。トリュフの料理は、香りを楽しむものなのでシンプルでなければいけない。義理の両親はバターと合わせて頂くのが一番美味しいと言う。確かにそうだ。オムレツの場合は、数日前から卵とトリュフを一緒の容器に入れておくと卵に香りが移る。
