Dinner with guests

We had some guests for a dinner and I cooked "farci de choux".  I stuffed mix of minced veal and sausage inside.   I should have made a ball lightly bigger for the main dish.  Our guest brought us a very famous Gateau chocolate of Bezier.  It was so good that I could not believe that anyone can make such a indulging cake.

「ゲストとディナー」ゲストがいらしたので、私はメイン料理のキャベツの詰め物を作った。ファルシの内容は、子牛のひき肉と生ソーセージを合わせたものと野菜。もう少し大き目に作ればよかった。

ゲストがベズィエの有名なガトーショコラを持ってきてくれた。このチョコレートケーキが驚異的に美味しかった。今までで食べたデザートではダントツに美味しくて感動した。ガトーショコラでは、ランボワジーの次。フランスでは田舎でもシェフ次第でこんなに美味しいものが頂けるものなのだ。
