Crepe au saumon

This is wonderful way to have smoked salmon.  Thinly made crepe is great with chocolate sauce but savory works well.

「サーモンのクレープ」サーモンの料理ではいいプレゼンテーションで、とても美味しかった。クレープを薄く焼いて、サラダとサーモンにサワークリームを添えた。ブランチに良さそう。
