Pave Noir


I took this photo the next day when the cake tasted better.  The cake is set well the next day so I really should have made this a day before the dinner.

「ダークチョコレートのバヴェ」作った翌日に撮った写真。重ねるケーキは1日寝かせた方が味が落ち着いて断然に美味しい。
