Salmon carbonara


This carbonara sauce is made with one whole egg with one egg yolk for two portions of pasta, milk and parmesan cheese.  I've found this combination is perfect.  It's light and very delightful.  I used smoked salmon instead of pancetta this time.

「サーモンカルボナーラ」これは牛乳、卵、パルメザンチーズで作ったカルボナーラソース。火の通し方が命だが、クリームを使わないので軽くて美味しい。全卵1に卵黄1、牛乳少々、パルメザンチーズ。スモークサーモンは細かく切って最後にまぶした。
