Clafoutis aux cerises

This is probably the most common dessert with cherries in French cuisine.  I love cherries so I make this often.  Though I don't really like the traditional recipe of it's texture so I often change it.  This time I made with creme instead of using milk so it became very tender.  I like it a lot but my husband didn't like it much.
