Minced pork noodle

I seasoned minced pork with soya sauce with sugar and tossed with local noodles with sambal paste.  This is not exactly a mee pok but a fusion with Japanese seasoning.  I really love this taste.

「そぼろ和え麺」ローカルの中華麺（香港式）をサンバルソース、醤油、ごま油などで味付けた。それに甘辛く炒った豚そぼろ、乾燥エビ、フライドオニオンをトッピングした自己流の和え麺。サンバルソースは、エビがベースのチリソース。結構スパイシーで、甘辛の豚とよく合う。
