Kagoshima pork with avocado

This is thin sliced pork saute with lemon and Japanese white saya sauce and I added avocado in the end.  Some may not like avocado as cooked, but this not exactly fried but tossed in a pan together with pork.

「黒豚とアヴォカドの炒め物」アヴォカドを一気に消費しなければいけなかったので、作った料理。豚のスライスを炒めて最後にアヴォカドをさっと合わせたもの。味付けは、白だしとレモン。アクセントに山椒オイルをかけている。スタミナが付く料理。
