Soboro with fried beans

This is one of my best dish I made recently.  It's fast to cook and fantastic with rice.  I've made soya sauce seasoned minced pork with ginger for another day.  Since it's seasoned well, it could kept in fridge for a week or so.

For this dish, I deep fried local string beans and aubergine and tossed with my soya sauce pork and seasoned with Chinese stock with small amount of oyster sauce.
