Tsuji cooking school Japanese cuisine - 3






The third day was to learn how to cook octopus, clear soup with shrimp ball, octopus rice.

「蛸の締め方」3日目は蛸。生きだこの締め方、茹で方、えび真薯の作り方、蛸の酢の物、蛸飯。干しダコの出汁を初めて頂いて、その美味しさに感動した。
