Summer Japanese dishes at home 2

"Green pepper, aubergine with pork"

"Pork belly with Okura"

"Bean sprouts with Nira"

"Bitter cucumbre with sausage"

"Aubergine with pork in Miso"

"Fried egg with Nira"

"Kumamoto beef with onion"

"Shabu Shabu salad"

"Bitter cucumber with egg"

"Chicken liver with spring onion"

I only cooked simple dishes at home because the quality of ingredients is very high, simple cooking as just to fry or saute with salt and pepper is one of the best way.
