Summer Japanese dishes at home 2

"Green pepper, aubergine with pork"

I only cooked simple dishes at home because the quality of ingredients is very high, simple cooking as just to fry or saute with salt and pepper is one of the best ways.

「炒めもの」日本では塩コショウ炒め、しゃぶしゃぶなど本当に簡単な料理が一番美味しく感じる。
