Aubergine and pork pasta

Pasta sauce is made with slices of Asian aubergine, ground pork, garlic, olive oil and tomato sauce.  First to saute ground pork meat with olive oil and add slices of aubergine.  Then add a can of tomato sauce and cook until everything merge well together.

I love this sauce because of aubergine, tomato sauce thickens well and no need to cook as bolognese sauce.  It's actually better to make with fresh sausage insides rather than ground pork.
