Mushroom creme pasta

Mushroom reminds me of season of autumn but they're grown in the room so it's actually season less vegetables now days..  I wanted to air dry mushrooms to make the taste intense but the air in Singapore is too humid to do so I tried it in the oven.

Once I oven baked them with salt and olive oil, they can be used for varieties of dishes.  I made pasta with creme and chicken stock.
