Tarte aux prunes

This is the best season to make this tart.  Plums are juicy and firm but not too sweet which goes extremely well with almond creme.  I love this dessert so much that I finished almost all of this myself.

「プラムのタルト」今、プラムの季節で色んなプラムが出ている。プラムはタルトに最適だ。身が硬いことと酸味があるので、デザートとしてとても美味しい。私は作ったデザートもあまり食べないが、これだけはほとんど自分で食べてしまった。

プラムは酸味があり硬いくらい、そのまま食べたら酸っぱくてシャキシャキしているものがクレムアマンド（アーモンドクリーム）のフィリングとの相性が抜群いい。ぎっしりと果実を敷き詰めるのがコツだ。
