Kogane shimaaji





I've found the name of this fish in Japanese site but not very sure of in English.  This is one of the most delicious fish in Singapore which I can find only sometimes.  I marinated the fish with soya sauce and sake then deep fried in oil.  For the head, I made miso soup.

「コガネシマアジ」日本のサイトでこの魚の名前を見つけた。近くのスーパーでは、この魚は時々しか見ないがとても美味しい。今回は竜田揚げと味噌汁にした。
