Rouleaux d'aubergines farcies

This is meat stuffed aubergine cooked with tomato sauce in the oven.  This is super easy and something like all the children and adult would love.  My husband really favored this dish and I don't know why I haven't made it until today since this is extremely simple.

I pre cooked sliced aubergine with garlic and olive oil.  Then prepared the meat stuffing which is a mix of ground of beef with saute of chopped onion, one egg, milk with breadcrumbs and some spices.  The I wrapped the meat with aubergine in the suitable size and arranged it in casserole with half a can of tomato sauce.  Sprinkle some cheese on the top and cook in the oven of 180c for 30mints.
