Soup d'onignon gratinée



It's very hot in Singapore but I wanted to have very hot dish sometimes.  It's not easy to make beef stock at home so I made with frozen stock made from butcher.

「オニオンスープグラタン」冬になったら食べたくなる料理。シンガポールは相変わらず30度超えだが、久しぶりに食べたくなって作ってみた。これはチーズがグツグツ煮えるまで焼かなければいけないので耐熱専用を使う。
