Kee fish aux legumes



This is one of the most successful fish I made recently.  Simple saute of fish with mix of vegetables; courgettes, bell peppers and black olives.  I also added parsley sauce on the top for the accent.

「キーフィッシュと野菜のソース」最近の魚料理で特に良くできた料理。ズッキーニ、赤・黄のパプリカ、ブラックオリーブを合わせた野菜のソース。南仏風でとても美味しかった。
