Midorikawa Hirochika san

Mr. Hirochika Midorikawa long term chef at Keio Plaza hotel had awarded to the first "La Coupe d'Or International d'Art Culinaire Marius Duprey".  I don't know well about the prize, but I have say that I really respect Mr. Midorikawa for his work and his books.

These two books I have has somehow being my bible of French cuisine.  I've learned so much about French and who cooks as Japanese.  These two books are absolutely my treasure.
