Bucatini Bolognese

I used Bucatini for the first time.  Bucatini is a long pasta with hole, like a tube.  I like the texture of this pasta and it goes very well with Bolognese sauce.

「ブカトーニのボロネーゼ」ブカトーニというロングパスタを初めて買ってみた。スパゲッティより太く、中に穴が空いていてチューブ状になっている。食感が普通のスパゲッティよりもっちりしている。ボロネーゼソースとよく合うパスタだ。
