Scramble Egg Toast

Since I've started to travel to the U.K. every year recently, I fell in love with the country.  Though I'm not convinced with English food, I've realized that they cook eggs very well.

I've never had hard egg in England, fried eggs are always just right and scrambles eggs are always soft and moist.  I think this is because there are many farm eggs even surrounding in London, eggs are safe and tasty.  In fact, my sister is buying eggs at local farm and they tasted very rich.
