Kee fish with parsely sauce


Ever since I learned and practiced how to fillet the fish efficiently, I don't have any pain of cooking a fish at home.  It' always best to filet the fish by yourself to cook for the freshness.

「キーフィッシュのパセリソース」魚はソテーであっても、一尾丸物を自分でおろしてさっとソテーした方が美味しい。鮮度と旨味が逃げないので切り身とは格別な美味しさだ。
