Eclair aux fruits

I made eclairs recipe of "Christophe Adam" who is the most famous "Eclair icon" in France in last few years.  I only follow his recipe for the chou, not for the fillings.  His chou crust is crispy but it gets damped very fast in Singapore..

My filling is mix of creme patissiere and chantilly with small amount of dark rum.
