Poire au chocolat chaud

This is a very classic combination; pear with chocolate.  It's considered that pear with chocolate is a best match.  I sautéed pear with butter, brown sugar and rum then poured melted chocolate on the top.

「洋ナシとチョコレート」これはフレンチデザートの有名な組み合わせ。なぜかナシにはチョコレートという決まりになっている。ナシは熟れたものを、フライパンでバター、ブラウンシュガー、ラム酒でソテーしたもの。
