White snapper cutlet

We as Japanese hardly make cutlet with snapper but I thought why not in Singapore.  White snapper is a delicious white fish but the fish is slightly dry so it goes very well with oil.  I like this fish very much because it's delicious and very cheap and easy to handle.

「ホワイトスナッパーのカツレツ」ホワイトスナッパーとは日本の鯛より身が少しパサパサしている感じ。クセがなくてとても美味しいし、なぜかとても安価なので重宝している。今回はカツにしてみた。鯛カツなんて聞いたことないが、淡白な白身なのでとても美味しかった。
