"Candlenut" is One michelin star restaurant of Singapore cuisine.  I was dealing to come here and my mother's visit was a great opportunity to experience good Nonya food.  Beyond the food, I really loved their decoration and the style of the space.

The food is authentic Nonya cooking which is mix of Chinese and Malay cookings with modern touch.  It was actually the first time to try Nonya restaurant for me.  I thought the taste is slightly strong for us but all the food was very well balanced and tasty.  Most of the dish were first time to try.

I thought the desserts were absolutely excellent.  Especially the chocolate plate was superb.  Overall the dining experience was wonderful and it was worth to bring my mother.
