Confiture de peche




I love making confiture with small amount of sugar.  Once the jar is sterilized,  jam can be kept for a while with less amount of sugar than the one sold at stores.  I happened to have peach but they were going to be bad before I could eat so I made confiture.  I love this with yogurt.

「桃のコンフィチュール」桃が悪くなりそうだったのでジャムを作った。砂糖を好みの分量入れて煮詰めるだけ。瓶を煮沸消毒すると砂糖が市販のジャムより少なくても、しばらく保つ。どの果物でもいいと思う。これをヨーグルトにかけるのが好き。
